The year is 1940; the Nazi’s are blazing a murderous path through Europe and have driven 400,000 Allied soldiers to the northern French seaside town of Dunkirk. The soldiers are trapped on the beaches and Churchill is reluctant to waste larger Navy vessels to ferry troops back to Britain, as they’ll be needed in the inevitable German invasion to come. The Game of Thrones is on
It’s been a long wait for the thrones faithful, but season 7 launched last Monday, which had fans dissecting and debating who wins the battles to come. In NFL terms this series is late in the 3rd Quarter. There are 7 episodes in this season and next season will be its last. Is this the final anybody guessed before the start of the tournament? Probably not but it’s a marquee final nonetheless. Venus at 37 years old, dealing with an autoimmune disorder and mired in a legal wasteland regarding her car accident last month has done incredibly well to compartmentalize all that and play excellent tennis these past 2 weeks. Bernie is at the fork in the road
It’s all piling up for Bernard Tomic after his ‘less than stellar’ effort in a straight set first round loss to German Mischa Zverev at Wimbledon.
