Sometimes the best food is when you least expect it or necessarily aren’t even hungry. Whist on Holidays up in Yamba just randomly driving around checking out the sights I need a coffee hit. Bun is driving and we end up in a little seaside hamlet called ‘Angourie’. On the ‘main road’ I see a restaurant, it’s not really even open yet for dinner but I see a couple of waitresses milling about. An album represents a moment in time where the songs pulse and move with whatever we are doing in our lives. I remember driving my brown 2 door Ford Escort home one day from work at Gosford Police Station and ‘Paradise City’ was blasting from my 80’s car stereo with flashing equalizer, I was banging on the steering wheel singing right along with Axl. Schlereth & Evans



I’ve listened to some radio over the years, mostly triple j for the music you’d never find on other stations. Back in the early 90’s as I was driving to work at Toukley Police Station I listened to ‘Zorba and Hollywood’ on 2KY as the ‘decibel duo’ talked Rugby League.
